About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Finnish Language Teacher to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality Finnish language lessons to Indonesian students, helping them prepare for academic, cultural, and professional opportunities in Finland.

Key Responsibilities
– Design and deliver engaging Finnish language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
– Develop lesson plans and assessments in line with program objectives.
– Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
– Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment.
– Collaborate with the Finest Future Indonesia team to improve and adapt teaching methods and materials.
– Prepare students for cultural integration in Finland, including language use in real-life situations.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Finnish Language, or a related field.
– Proven experience teaching Finnish as a foreign language (preferred).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to engage and inspire students.
– Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is an advantage.
– Passionate about cross-cultural education and supporting student growth.
– KITAS (working visa) sponsorship for qualified international hires.
