About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Content Creator who lives at the intersection of eye-catching graphics and compelling video. You’ll take raw ideas, scripts, and footage and transform them into scroll-stopping content that strengthens our brand narrative across social, web, and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging static and animated visual content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit high-quality video content, including short-form reels, tutorials, ads, and interviews.
• Develop visual storytelling from concept to final delivery (storyboarding, asset creation, editing, and publishing).
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to brand guidelines and tone.
• Organize and manage a digital asset library (templates, footage, graphics, music, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
• Optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, etc.) with correct formats and aspect ratios.
• Implement feedback efficiently and iterate based on creative reviews and performance data.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and platform-specific creative best practices.
• Ensure all content is error-free, visually appealing, and delivered on time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Pro, or CapCut Pro.
• Understanding of social media platform specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and performance trends.
• Basic audio editing skills (sound design, music syncing, volume balancing).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static design and edited video content.
• Solid understanding of video production fundamentals: Aspect ratios, frame rates, codecs, and color grading
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color use.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for visual quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
