About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage prospective students, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation tailored to the international education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms such as blogs, social media, and websites.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by developing content calendars and interacting with followers.
- Plan and execute targeted paid media campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Maintain and optimize the company website to improve SEO rankings and user experience.
- Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and other digital outreach initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in the education or consultancy sector.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Analytics, and paid media tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English to communicate effectively with a global team.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
