About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Educational Program Manager (Sales) to lead our student recruitment efforts and manage a high-performing consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, thrives in a dynamic, target-oriented environment, and has a strong background in sales, team leadership, and program delivery.

You will oversee the entire journey of students — from consultation and enrollment to onboarding and relocation — while maintaining relationships with Finnish institutions and ensuring high-quality program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Program Consultants, including training, target setting, and regular performance reviews
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive student recruitment for our education programs
  • Act as a key contact for students and families, providing guidance throughout the enrollment and relocation process
  • Build and maintain relationships with our global team in Finlandand ensure smooth onboarding of students
  • Manage agency partnerships and oversee their performance to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Evaluate and maintain the quality of the student experience throughout the program lifecycle
  • Organize and participate in events, webinars, and info sessions to attract and engage prospective students
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and international teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and student onboarding
  • Identify areas for process improvement to increase team efficiency and program effectiveness

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in educational program management, sales, or international student consulting
  • Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with students and families
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Passionate about education and helping young people achieve their global aspirations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or with international education systems
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and student management platforms
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience and cultural adaptability
