About the Role

As a Program Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. You’ll play a vital role in driving growth by promoting our unique education programs, engaging with leads, and helping young people plan their international academic journey.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, target-driven individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for education and cross-cultural exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Identify client needs and effectively present program offerings
• Actively generate leads through cold calls, social media outreach, and networking
• Respond to inquiries and provide tailored program recommendations
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with marketing teamon strategic campaigns
• Accurately record sales activities and follow-ups in CRM software
• Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and sales targets
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Participate in sales events and support brand awareness activities
  
  

Performance Metrics

• Minimum 200 cold callsper month
• Minimum 800 direct messagesper month
• Minimum 30 in-person meetingsper month
• Minimum 5 follow-upswith sales leads per day
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing)
• Fluency in English(spoken and written)
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian education landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping students achieve international education goals
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the study abroad or international educationsector
• Familiarity with Internationaleducation systems
